Rick Kubacki

President, Ken Caryl Painting & Remodeling

Rick has been working in the painting and remodeling industry since he was in high school. As early as high school, Rick noticed that the painting and carpentry industries were plagued with problems stemming from a lack of professionalism, poor quality craftsmanship, little or no formal training, and and unethical behavior and practices. He set out to change all that. Rick was determined to create a company that changed that homeowner experience. He created Ken Caryl Painting & Remodeling, to change the industry. Rick believes in professionalism, quality craftsmanship and treating the customer fairly every time.

Rick Wisotzke

Project Manager, Ken Caryl Painting & Remodeling

Rick is the kind of leader you want in a company—he has the experience and the commitment necessary to get the job done—at the highest quality.

From a comprehensive project, like building a custom home or painstakingly restoring a historical residence, to mid-size investments like designing/drawing and building kitchens and baths, unique decks and custom entryways, to simply painting a room, Rick has the innate ability to manage the contract, communicate with workers and meet or exceed customer expectations.

This talent runs in the family. His grandfather was a well-known carpenter and sawmill owner in New York. He listens attentively to your needs and goals. His wealth of knowledge and breadth of experience in the industry enables him to come up with creative solutions.
